These awards have been made available to Georgian College through the generosity of Damian Boucaud (class of 2005) who is a faculty member in the Business Management, Aviation Management program. He established the Women in Aviation award to help increase representation and advancement of women in the aviation industry.
1. Presented to a student studying in their second year of the Aviation Management program who maintains and average of 75% or higher and demonstrates financial need.
2. Presented to a full-time female student studying in their second or third year of the Aviation Management program who demonstrates academic achievement (minimum GPA 75%) and demonstrates financial need.
This award is part of the WOMEN’S inTUITION awards, scholarships, and bursaries program.
