District Municipality of Muskoka

Through Innovation Funding received from the Ministry of Education, Muskoka has made a commitment to support its residents who are attending Georgian College for Early Childhood Education.

Muskoka believes in the important role that Early Childhood Educators play in the overall well-being of our community. Muskoka is a wonderful place to work and a great place to call home.

Muskoka Early Childhood Education Bursary
Presented to full-time students in the first year of the Early Childhood Education program. The recipient will demonstrate good academic standing (GPA of 60% or higher) and financial need. Recipients must have a District Municipality of Muskoka permanent home address or be currently working in a Muskoka District Child Care and Early Years programs. The bursary is eligible for renewal in year two.

Muskoka Early Childhood Education Part-Time Bursary
Presented to part-time students in the first year of the Early Childhood Education program. The recipient will demonstrate good academic standing (GPA of 60% or higher) and financial need. Recipients must have a District Municipality of Muskoka permanent home address or be currently working in a Muskoka District Child Care and Early Years programs.
