Giselle Bodkin

I am passionate on helping women get out of poverty through an education primarily single moms or women with limited financial resources to get an education. I hope that when students graduate and get on their feet, they will give back by providing scholarships to others coming behind after them, I hope they pay it forward.

Presented to female students who are enrolled in any year of any program at Georgian College, demonstrate a determination to succeed in their areas of study and clear financial need. Preference will be given to students who are single parents and/or studying toward a second career.

This award is part of the WOMEN’S inTUITION awards, scholarships, and bursaries program.
