Huronia Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) Chapter

In 2009 the Huronia Chapter of H.O.G (Harley Owners Group) hosted the Ontario Regional H.O.G Rally and choose Georgian College as the venue. Throughout the entire process we were incredibly happy with the service and support we received from both the College and the students who were involved. We established this award as means of saying thank you to the students of Georgian College in 2009 and as a means to help future students with their educational journey.

This award is presented to a motivated student entering their second year of any program at the Barrie campus of Georgian College who volunteers their time through the GCSA or participates in a varsity sport on campus. The student has also demonstrated leadership skills, volunteered to help with extra-curricular activities to benefit the entire school body and has financial need. The student must be a permanent resident of Ontario.
