Sarah Corrigan
Sarah Corrigan retired a few years ago from a banking technology career that was spawned from watching Star Wars at aged 14. Since retiring, she has been honing her writing skills working on stories inspired by travel adventures and family. When she isn’t glued to a book, she spends her time in the great outdoors, adventuring with her partner Dave, and trying to learn how to golf.
The award is presented to an entering full-time student in one of the Computer Studies diploma programs at the Barrie campus, including Computer Programming, Computer Systems Technician – Networking, Game – Design and Simulation, Interactive Media Design – Web, or Computer Programming and Analysis. The self-identifying female recipient will demonstrate financial need and good academic standing (GPA of 60% or higher).
