Environics Group Award for Excellence in Advanced Social Research

Presented to a student in the Research Analyst program at Georgian College who is in the second semester and has demonstrated excellence in developing a deep understanding of social issues that underlie a marketing, human resources or public affairs problem. Winning projects would be those in which the student is challenged to explore human motivations, attitudes, beliefs and mental postures that influence consumer behaviour, workplace attitudes and public policy development. The award could be based on a research project from the Advanced Methods and Special Project, Qualitative Methods courses or other course related work. Faculty will select projects from both intakes.
