OACETT Award

Presented to a full-time student enrolled in his or her second or third year in an engineering or applied science program that is recognized by OACETT who best exemplifies the following key precepts related to integrity and professionalism in the practice of engineering technology: Desire, willingness and passion to learn; outstanding “team player” qualities; contributes to the program’s success by assuming a leadership role and helping others; exudes a positive attitude and commitment; seeks innovative ideas and solutions. The recipient must also demonstrate financial need and be a permanent resident of Ontario. Applicants must clearly demonstrate how he or she meets the criteria in his or her cover letter.
