The Jean Grant Smith Legacy Award

Presented to a female student who has completed her first year of study in an entrepreneurship program at Georgian College. The student will demonstrate academic merit (70 per cent or higher) and community involvement through volunteering. Preference will be given to those students whose business aspirations are in industries not typically associated with women (construction, skilled trades, etc). This goal should be briefly outlined in the cover letter along with reasons for this career choice.
