Burton Excellence in Leadership Nursing Award

The award is presented to a full or part-time student in their first year of the Practical Nursing program at any campus. The recipient will demonstrate academic excellence (GPA of 80% or greater). The recipient will explain their community, on-campus, and leadership involvement, and answer an additional application question explaining their leadership philosophy and the importance of integrity in nursing practice.
